Malum part 1 (Elite Kings Club #4)

Oh this story gives me the feels and bad! I cried, I laughed, I got mad, I cried I was truly an emotional wreak by the time I finished this book. This is the first one of Amo's stories that comes with a trigger warning. Honestly though, its for a good reason. I absolutely loved this story, whished this could be a first reaction but it was the fourth time I had read it. But it still gets me and that as a lot to do with how well the characters interact within the story and that's all do to Amo's phenomenal writing skills. The woman can create the most beautiful and alluring worlds. She is an artist with words.

"Not all of us have the freedom that money and power provide. Some of us have to actually unlock ourselves from what keeps us shackled, not pay our way out"-Tillie

Description
“Love is savage, love is blind, love is something they may not find…”
Once upon a time, there was a young girl who lived in a battered trailer, a girl from the wrong side of the tracks.
One day, she fell down The Elite Kings’ rabbit hole. Sucked into a dark vortex of lies, hate, and deceit, and spat out by money, glitz, and power.
There were things this little girl didn’t know, things she was about to find out and secrets that have been kept from her. Those secrets were guarded by the boys that were about to smash her world open and tear it all apart…
He may be a Malum, but she is a Stuprum, born into this world but neglected by the choice of her mother. Her eyes may not glisten with stars, but they roar with fire, and when she finally reaches her peak, it’s that same fire that will burn.
Them.
All.
Down.
My name is Tillie Stuprum, and my story is not like the rest.
Everything she thought she knew is a fabricated version of the truth. I’m Nate Riverside-Malum, the one your girl whispers about to her friends and whose initials are scratched down your back. Her story is not like the rest of them, because her story is dead

No spoilers here....
Not gonna even lie, this story is one helluva ride! We get to see more of Tillie, from her perspective and we also get POV from both Nate and more from Dameon. Tillie is "street smart" and knows more about the world of EKC, which make her in her own right a more stronger character yet at the same time vulnerable because shit, she is woman. There are some hard moments in the book, so be warned. Tillie is definitely plays a major part in the EKC world and of course it does end on a cliff hanger. I would love to give more but at the same time I do not want to ruin it for anyone that has not read it. Just know that it is worth the  read and hard to put down.

"You're equipped with your thoughts as your weapons and your wrath as your armor"-Nate

About the Author

Amo Jones is a USA Today & Wall Street Journal Bestselling Author, totally winging this author thing (she's probably doing it all wrong). She likes cake, loves wine, and her religion is magic (Slytherin). She's a profound work-a-holic, but when she's not writing, you can find her chilling with her kids & Husband at the nearest beach, with a cocktail in her hand. New Zealand is not a state of Australia and rugby is the best sport ever played.
