Tacet A Mortius (Elite Kings Club #3) Review

This book gives a bit of a recap then leads right into what the heck Madison is going through. And she has gone through a lot. A lot that would genuinely break a person, yet she keeps fighting. She doesn't give up. Moreover, the people who revolve around her truly care about her, but it is in the past and lies that keep her from seeing what is happening as it happens.

Description

"You could have a million memories and good times with someone, but if that someone is in love with someone else, that single memory doesn't mean anything up against even one memory of the person they truly love" -Madison

"Hail to the king, and watch him reign, this game was somewhat fun, until the finale came…

Now we’re here, with carnage and despair, and the only questions left to answer, are the ones that do not appear...

A king loses a war, and a swan sheds her wings, chaos collides with peace, as the crows begin to sing…

Enter if you dare, because I swear the end is near, but nothing is as it seems, and everything is so bare.

So what the fuck is going on at Riverside,
I think, I think... everyone is about to die...."

As always, no spoilers here....
Lies are revealed, truths are exposed, and reality all sets in around Madison and EKC. What makes this continuum so nice is that we get to see from different perspectives. We get a look inside of Bishop and Deamon from their perspective. We see just how deeply the male counterparts truly care, how they feel, and what they think. Buyt more so we see Madison become the woman she was always meant to be, the problem is the lies and half truths are the one things that keeps her from really becoming this strong female in the EKC.

About the Author

Amo Jones is a USA Today & Wall Street Journal Bestselling Author, totally winging this author thing (she's probably doing it all wrong). She likes cake, loves wine, and her religion is magic (Slytherin). She's a profound work-a-holic, but when she's not writing, you can find her chilling with her kids & Husband at the nearest beach, with a cocktail in her hand. New Zealand is not a state of Australia and rugby is the best sport ever played.
